Former WWE star Adam Rose, now known as Aldo Rose, came to Hazleton in a non-wrestling role at PPW Tangled. While Rose did not wrestle, "Mr. USA" Tony Atlas also came to town and wrestled Road Block, a match in which the WWE Hall of Famer was victorious.

The biggest development of the night came from the main event, where Sam Adams and Havoc battled throughout the Holy Family Academy in an attempt to become the new PPW Heavyweight Champion. After blasting Havoc with the gold while the referee was knocked out, Mr. Good Luck emerged as the new champion with blood dripping down his face.
