Pennsylvania Premiere Wrestling returned to Holy Family Academy in Hazelton, Pennsylvania to host the PPW It Ain't Easy. The event took place on May 19th, 2018.
WWE Hall of Famer and Attitude Era legend The Godfather popped up in Hazleton to address the PPW faithful.
Additionally, Impact Knockout's legend Angelina Love made her PPW debut, losing to Allie Recks in a triple threat match for the PPW Women's Championship. The third participant was Undeniable member Miranda Vionette.
In the main event, Mike Orlando successfully defended his PPW Heavyweight Championship against Samuel Adams, Evander James, and the debuting Teddy Hart.
