On Saturday, October 14th, 2023, the fallout of PPW's 10 Year Anniversary event to place at PPW Lives! There were spooky vibes in the air and hard hitting action in the ring, with names like former AEW star VSK, NWA star Wrecking Ball Legursky and international travelled star Vinny Pacifico in attendance. The event was live streamed on the Premier Streaming Network.

In the main event, the PPW Heavyweight Champion was successfully defended by Adrien Soriano against former champion The Mecca with Mr. Ruda as the special guest referee.

Elsewhere, Lynnette Dollaz retained the PPW Women's Championship against Clara Carreras, Dio Bando retained his Television Championship against VSK, Team BIG successfully retain the Tag Team Championships against the Vetrano Brothers, and round one of the tournament to crown in inaugural PPW Trios Champions kicked off.
