Pennsylvania Premiere Wrestling introduced the PPW Tag Team Championships at Miracle on Fern Street. The event was located at The Freeland Event Center in Freeland, Pennsylvania.
A tag team turmoil match to crown the first ever PPW Tag Team Champions dominated the card. The turmoil was eventually won by the Main Event Hustlas. Elsewhere on the show, Gene Snitsky made his PPW debut alongside PPW Heavyweight Champion Tommy Suede, losing in tag team action to David Starr and TJ Masters.
