Newly crowned PPW Heavyweight Champion Breaux Keller will not have long to celebrate his victory, as he defends against Encore on Saturday, October 9th at PPW Dirty Dancin’!
Breaux Keller earned the PPW Heavyweight Championship by defeating “The Closer” Joey Martinez in the finals of the PPW Heavyweight Championship tournament. The tournament, which started in June, featured 11 competitors including Keller, Martinez, Facade, Desean Pratt and others.
One of the competitors in the tournament was Encore. Encore, the young but highly talented competitor, made it to the semi finals of the tournament, losing to eventual champion Breaux. Encore earned another opportunity at the champion this past Saturday at VIII, when he won the Take Your Shot Rumble.
The last two time these two met, Encore gave the now-champ everything he could handle. Unfortunately for “The Last Entertainer,” Keller was just one step ahead of the promising upstart.
This time around, with experience against the champion and even more momentum on his side, the Queens native might just be able to become PPW Heavyweight Champion.
Will “The Breaux Show” start off his championship reign with a victory? Or will Encore end the night with Heavyweight Championship gold?
