Last month at PPW Resistance, Facade, Rembrandt, Breaux Keller, Desean Pratt and last minute entry Luca Brazzi squared off in a 5 way match to determine the number one contender to the PPW Heavyweight Championship.
The match was action packed, with all 5 men showcasing some of their offense while taking big risks and wowing the crowd in the process.
In the end, it was Facade who earned the victory, setting up a championship opportunity against Clutch Adams.
Clutch also had a championship-defining victory, picking up a statement win over KC Navarro. Granted, "The Spectacle" got a surprise assist from KC's former friend Sebastian Cage, but a win is still a win in the record books.
Facade has been in championship contention before, losing twice to former champ Evander James. Facade has found a new focus, as well as a newfound momentum behind him that he will look to propel him to the elusive PPW Heavyweight Championship.
Will Clutch be able to hold off another difficult for? Or will Facade win his first ever PPW Heavyweight Championship? Will the current champion find another shortcut to victory?
