After being the final two men in the Resolution Rumble, Desean Pratt and Facade will face off this month at PPW Countdown. However, it will be a mixed tag team match, as Facade will team with Dani Mo, while Pratt will team with PPW Women's Champion Christina Marie.
Marie and Dani Mo have become very familiar with each other these past few months. In Dani's debut at PPW Resistance, she was involved in a Fatal 4 Way for the PPW Women's Championship. The match was ultimately won by Marie, but Dani did not take the pin.
This previous month at PPW Resolution, it was Dani who won a tag team match for her team against Christina and The Ultra Violette. In that contest, the Steel City native pinned Violette. With the victory, Dani has begun to emerge as one of the top contenders to Christina's championship. A win here would solidify that.
As for Pratt and Facade, Pratt initially interfered in Facade's PPW Heavyweight Championship match against Clutch Adams at Resolution. "The Prince of Camden" teased cashing in his Golden Ticket briefcase, but ultimately chose not to. Regardless, the run in allowed for Clutch to leave as champion.
Later that night in the PPW Rumble, Facade lastly eliminated Desean Pratt after Pratt had thought he had already won. Facade proceeded to walk across the ropes and drop kick Mr. Golden Ticket out of the ring and win the contest.
With issues between both the men and the women in the match clearly present, this contest will certainly have a personal feel to it.
Will The Neon Blondes use their natural chemistry to pick up the victory? Or will Christina and Desean be able to work together?
