The Ascension are the longest reigning NXT Tag Team Champions in history, holding the yellow brand's championships for 364 days. When the pair were promoted to the main roster, they defeated the New Age Outlaws (Billy Gunn and Road Dogg) at the Royal Rumble.
The Ascension became wildly popular during their time in NXT with which the matter they quickly dismantled their opponents. They end matches with their finisher Fall of Man, which has won them plenty of bouts throughout their career as a team.
