Pennsylvania Premiere Wrestling welcomed former DX member X-Pac to PPW for the first time. The event was located at The Freeland Event Center in Freeland, Pennsylvania.
X-Pac teamed up with Lance Anoai to take on the intimidating team of Havoc and "Smooth" Tommy Suede in the night's main event. Elsewhere on the card, the Main Event Hustlas defended their Tag Team Championships and Xcite Wrestling Heavyweight Championship was up for grabs in a triple threat match.
