Pennsylvania Premiere Wrestling returned to Holy Family Academy in Hazleton, Pennsylvania to host PPW Vision. The event took place on November 17th, 2018.
Jack Swagger returned to the Holy Family Academy to take on Afa Jr in what was a thrilling main event that was won by Swagger with a roll up.
2018 Impact Knockout of the Year Tessa Blanchard also came to town to challenge for the PPW Women's Championship. It was a back and forth contest until Ryan Race interfered to try to convince Blanchard to join Undeniable, which backfired in a big way.
Additionally, Brian Cage made his PPW debut and put his X-Division Championship up for grabs in a fatal four way match against Sam Adams, KC Navarro, and Desean Pratt. Cage was able to successfully defend his championship.
