Delilah came to notoriety in 2018 as the manager of the Punk Rock All Stars, a group that Hazleton loves to hate.

Her presence at ringside is something that opponents must keep in account at all times, as Delilah always seems to be lurking and be in the right place at the right time for her clients. She also always seems to be a mediator for teams shemanage as well.

Delilah can be seen staring a hole through opponents souls, as well as changing her hair color seemingly every time she makes an appearance.

Hair color aside, it is hard to argue with her managerial abilities as the Punk Rock All Stars held the PPW Tag Team Championships for most of 2018. She has since moved on to other clients, most notably Ring of Honor stars Gabriel Hodder, Matthew Omen and Adrian Soriano, known collectively as Primal Fear.
