PPW to Hold October Show in Honesdale

By: Mitchell Frantz

PPW Entertainment has teamed up with Wayne Highlands School District to present PPW Fight Night on October 26th. The exciting night of action will be headlined by Chris Masters and will benefit the Honesdale Science Olympiad Team. The event will take place at Wayne Highlands Middle School in Honesdale, Pennsylvania.

After years of staying put in Hazleton, Fight Night will be PPW’s second time traveling outside of Hazleton in three months. Wayne Highlands Middle School is roughly an hour and 20 minutes north of Hazleton.

The Science Olympiad Team is comprised of students between 6th and 12th grade who compete in different science events for different disciplines. These events can range from physics, chemistry, astronomy, biology and engineering. The initial competition takes place at the Regional level where the students look to earn medals in their field of study. If the student places well enough at Regionals, he or she can advance to the state competition. If said student was to place first in the state competition, then he or she would move on to Nationals where they would compete against students from across the country.

Along with Chris Masters, Fight NIght will also feature PPW Television Champion Johnny Moran, PPW No Limits Champion Foxx Vinyer, “The Neon Ninja” Facade with Dani Mo, beloved tag teams the Mane Event, South Philly’s Finest and The Sambo Show, “The Spectacle” Clutch Adams, “The Billionaire Playboy” Charles Mason, “The German Juggernaut” Isaak Ruhl, “The Dominican Dream” Antonio Rivera and Honesdale’s own Drew Adams. Other talent will be in attendance as well, so stay tuned for any potential announcements throughout the upcoming weeks.

Tickets for this event will be available online soon at www.ppwwrestling.com/shop! Do not miss out on this fantastic night of wrestling!
